Kathlyn (Kathy) Nordos is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and had an Elementary Teaching career of First and Fifth Grades.  She also taught Reading and Math skills as part of the Title 1 Program.  All of these teaching experiences were in the Columbia Heights School District #13.

Kathy has been married 52 years to husband Gerry.  They have a son, Jeff and a daughter, Kristen BUT adore their seven wonderful granddaughters!  They both grew up in Minneapolis and now reside in Alexandria, MN but enjoy the winter months in Florida. 

Kathy spent several years in an investment group where they researched and bought stocks which have done very well for us! They have been part of the MUI for a number of years and enjoy the informative meetings and activities!
